Return PolicyÂ
We aim to make your shopping experience at our store as pleasant as possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Returns are accepted for items in original packaging and in new, undamaged condition with all accessories, tags, and labels attached. Refunds will be made via electronic gift card for store credit.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please follow these steps:
1. To initiate a return, please email support@LittleDTravels. om to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your original order number and reason for the return.
2. Once RMA is received, Package the item in its original packaging if possible. Include all parts, accessories, tags, and the RMA in your package. A printout of the RMA email or handwritten note is acceptable. DO NOT write the RMA number on any product packaging. Doing so will void the refund for that item.
3. Ship the package to the address provided on the return form. You are responsible for paying the return shipping charges. Refund will be void if item(s) become damaged in transit due to improper return packaging.
4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund (see details below).
REFUNDS
Your refund will be provided in the form of an electronic gift card for LittleDTravels store credit which will be sent to the email provided with the original order. The refund amount will be the total sales price including tax, minus the original shipping charges.
